Problemas al desbloquear bootloader moto g100

Hola buenas noches, tengo un moto g100 que quiero cambiarle la room por otra que me gusta mas e instalar apps de google pero no me deja activar el desbloqueo oem me dice (conectate a internet o comunicate con tu proveedor), alguien sabe o conoce como puedo hacer para activarlo me ayudaria mucho, soy de colombia :cry: :cry: :cry:
